7 Days One Amazing African Week

After breakfast, we enter the vibrant Kibale Forest. Here, you won't just see chimpanzees—you'll hear them. Watch as they swing through the canopy, a thrilling and playful spectacle. Later, we explore the beautiful Bigodi Swamp, a community project where you might catch a glimpse of the elusive, brilliantly coloured papyrus gonolek.

We travel to the world-renowned Queen Elizabeth National Park. Keep your eyes peeled on the drive for the elegant Uganda kob, often seen in their special mating grounds. In the afternoon, we embark on a serene boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a magnet for wildlife. Get ready for a parade of elephants, buffalo, and hundreds of hippos yawning at the water's edge.

An early morning game drive offers your best chance to spot the park's famous tree-climbing lions lazing in the fig trees, alongside elephants and leopards. After a relaxing lunch, we journey through the scenic highlands towards the afromontane forest of Bwindi.

This is the day you'll remember forever. With a mix of excitement and reverence, we trek into the mystical Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The effort is forgotten the moment you lock eyes with a majestic silverback gorilla and observe his family going about their daily life. It’s a profound, humbling, and truly life-changing hour.

We say goodbye to the highlands and head to the charming, rolling hills of Lake Mburo National Park. As the day cools, we set out on a late afternoon game drive to spot impala, striking plains zebra, and the handsome topi antelope.

For one last taste of the wild, we enjoy an early morning activity—choose between a classic game drive or a thrilling guided nature walk, getting you closer to the smaller details of the ecosystem. After breakfast, we begin our journey back, filled with a lifetime of memories.
