Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our representative will warmly welcome you. After a brief safari overview, we journey to the lush Lake Manyara National Park. This gem is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and unique tree-climbing lions. Your afternoon game drive may also reveal elephants, troops of baboons, flamingos on the lake, and hippos in the pools. Later, check into the exquisite &Beyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, your secluded sanctuary nestled in the forest, for dinner and your first night in the wild.
After breakfast, we bid farewell to Lake Manyara and set our sights on the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The drive itself is a scenic adventure, with the landscape gradually transforming into the vast, golden savannah the Serengeti is named for. Keep your eyes peeled for your first glimpse of the great herds. We enjoy an en-route game drive as we make our way to the iconic Singita Faru Faru Lodge, where you will settle in for the next three nights.
These two full days are dedicated to exploring the seemingly endless ecosystems of the Serengeti. With your expert guide, you'll venture out in search of the Big Five and the awe-inspiring Great Migration (location varies by season). From vast herds of wildebeest and zebra to stealthy predators and graceful giraffes, every moment is a discovery. We'll enjoy picnic lunches in the heart of the bush, surrounded by the sounds of the wild, before returning to the comfort and luxury of Singita Faru Faru Lodge each evening.
Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti before we begin our scenic journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We ascend the highlands, with stunning views of the Great Rift Valley, to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Check into the magnificent Melia Ngorongoro Lodge, perched on the crater's edge, where you can relax and soak in the phenomenal views.
Today, we descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning of spectacular game viewing. This natural enclosure is home to an astonishing concentration of wildlife, including the rare black rhino, lions, hyenas, and thousands of flamingos on the soda lake. After an unforgettable exploration and a picnic lunch on the crater floor, we ascend and drive to Serval Wildlife in Arusha. Here, you will enjoy a unique and educational wildlife experience before your final overnight stay.
After a leisurely breakfast, you will be transferred from Serval Wildlife to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward flight, filled with memories of an incredible Tanzanian adventure.
