Embark on the ultimate East African adventure, where the raw, untamed heart of the African bush meets the powder-soft sands and turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. This meticulously crafted journey is a tale of two worlds: the thrilling, dust-kissed drama of Tanzania’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries and the serene, spice-scented paradise of Zanzibar.
Begin your safari in the vast, golden plains of the Serengeti, a name that evokes the very spirit of Africa. Here, you’ll witness the Great Migration—a timeless spectacle of millions of wildebeest and zebra thundering across the savanna—if your timing is right. Even beyond the migration, the Serengeti teems with iconic wildlife, from prowling lions and graceful leopards to towering elephants and cunning hyenas. The adventure continues in the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Descend into this “Garden of Eden,” a natural amphitheater boasting one of the densest populations of wildlife on earth, offering unparalleled game viewing in a breathtaking setting.
After the exhilaration of the safari, trade your binoculars for a beach towel as you fly to the legendary island of Zanzibar. Step into a postcard-perfect scene of white-sand beaches, swaying palms, and warm, azure waters. Your days can be as active or as relaxed as you wish—snorkel or dive in vibrant coral reefs, wander through the labyrinthine alleys of historic Stone Town, or simply unwind with a book and a cocktail, listening to the gentle lap of the waves. This safari is the perfect harmony of adrenaline and bliss, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Upon your arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport , you will be received by our drivers and Martin and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, arrive at around 7 am and have a game drive enroute to the lodge of your stay. The park is famous for Acacia Tortilis tree- climbing lions. Other animals frequently seen are leopards (also on trees), zebras, impalas, baboons, monkeys, wildebeests, giraffes, buffalos and elephants. Hippos can be seen either basking or submerged in the hippo pools near the forest. Check in at Rift Valley Photographic Tented Lodge where you will have full board accommodation.

The Serengeti hosts the largest mammal migration in the world, which is one of the top natural travel wonders of the world. Serengeti is derived from the Maasai language, Maa; specifically, "Serengit" meaning "Endless Plains". Approximately 70 larger mammals and some 500 avifauna species are found there. This high diversity in terms of species is a function of diverse habitats ranging from riverine forests, swamps, kopjes, grasslands and woodlands. Wildebeests, gazelles, zebras and buffalos are some of the commonly found large mammals in the region. Later in the evening head to the lodge in which you will be accommodated.

A visit to Ngorongoro — which means ‘the place where it sank’ and is the world’s largest caldera (crater) not filled with water — in the Serengeti plains reveals this special relationship between wild animals and the Maasai. The Maasai and their cattle live side by side with the wild animals that occupy this area — some 8,292 square km. Geographically, there are three craters in the Ngorongoro — the Ngorongoro crater, which covers 304 square kilometer with 19.2km in diameter and 610m depth; the Embakaai crater, which is filled with deep salt water and the Olmoti crater whose rim is at 3,700m.
